    Daniel Lynn – Director and Founder
    Daniel Lynn was graduated from the University of Lethbridge (Alberta, Canada), with a major in marketing and computer sciences.
    Daniel has more than 20 years of experience in direct marketing, publication sales and management. During his career, Daniel has established an extensive network of C-level contacts in several regional post offices.
    Daniel started his career as a newsstand sales manager for TIME magazine in 1986, Asiaweek in 1988 and became the Assistant General Manager of China Times Weekly in 1991. During this period, he acquired his direct marketing expertise in circulation, global media exposure and advertising sales for the publication.
    He joined South Asia Publications Holdings Limited (SAP) in 1994 as CEO and steered the overall operation, strategic planning and business development of the company. Daniel directed and facilitated the IPO process for SAP in 2003. He became a guru in commercial finance analysis, new business start-ups, corporate development and governance and public relations during his stewardship with SAP.
    Daniel went on to set up SA Direct Limited in Hong Kong in 1995. The company was proficiently engaged in developing and publishing children’s educational materials. These publications were proven in their capability to improve children’s intellectual power.
    In 1996, Daniel set up Xiangwei Real Estate Management Limited at Guangzhou to tap into the booming China property market. Daniel earned ample experience in real estate management in the Mainland market.
    In 2005, Daniel set up DM Logistics Limited and entered into the fields of postal logistics, direct marketing, printing and consulting. His business acumen informed him that Post offices are now corporatist and privatized so they are looking for better services and cost effectiveness in one go.
    Always hands-on and a team player, Daniel is a forward looking leader who values everyone’s contributions.
    SF Ho – Head of Strategic Planning
    Having served in the advertising industry for more than fifteen years, SF has outstanding knowledge and experience in communications strategy development and project management. His client portfolio includes financial institutions, FMCG, technology and automobiles.
    Being a team leader in account management, SF played an instrumental role in the formulation and implementation of his clients’ communication programs, where direct marketing was a key component.
    SF helped formulate customer acquisition and retention strategies for American Express, Citibank, PCCW and Mazda.
    SF graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic and obtained a Master of Arts in Accounting and Finance from the University of Lancaster, UK.
    Houston Wong – Head of Creative Services
    Houston has worked as a professional writer for more than 12 years. He has spent the majority of that time as a direct marketing copywriter. He has worked for Reader’s Digest, where he created highly effective mail packs in the Pan-Asia market.
    Most recently, Houston has also worked at Ogilvy One Worldwide Hong Kong, where he created direct marketing and online campaigns for The Economist, American Express, AXA and IBM, to name a few.
    His passion for direct marketing has earned him many awards and merits at shows such as the One Show, New York Festivals, Midas, Horizon Interactive, and the Hong Kong 4As Interactive and Direct Awards, to name a few.
    Houston is a graduate of the Dome Theatre (Montreal, Canada) in 1995, and then went on to Concordia University (Montreal, Canada), where he majored in English, Creative Writing.
    Keith Lee – Head of Premium Sourcing
    Keith Lee is OSL’s Premium Sourcing expert. He has experience in logistics and has developed connections with manufacturers in China and the Greater Pacific region.
    Over the years, Keith has developed an eye for identifying premiums with the potential for increasing direct mail responses. His connections with manufacturers in the Mainland put him in a position to negotiate the lowest possible price for the best premiums.
    As Head of Premium Sourcing, Keith puts his keen eye, his expertise and his boundless enthusiasm at your service.
    Dora Wong – Head of Client Services
    Dora has an over 10 years experience in customer services, co-ordination and administration management. During her career development, Dora has established an extensive customer network of major brand such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Mattel, Philip Morris, Ann Taylor & etc....
    Dora handles all customers’ feedback, research and enquiry within the region so that the company is able to maintain good relationship with the customers. One of Dora’s main responsibilities focuses on developing new customer by various marketing initiatives (such as direct mailing and telemarketing).
    With a strong network of sister company and branch office of various customers in Asia Pacific Region, Dora has championed new product development projects from design stage through shipment delivery. With her tactful people skills, Dora has successfully delivered operational efficiency in many demanding projects.
